ZKHL Beauty ("we", "us") is a skincare OEM / ODM manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. This policy explains what happens to the information you choose to send us through zkhl-beauty.com — including the enquiry form, product enquiry buttons and our direct email, WhatsApp and Zalo channels.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a formula proposal and quotation, arrange samples, and manage the resulting business relationship. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to a B2B enquiry you initiated, and consent where you have agreed to optional analytics or to be contacted through a specific channel. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Depending on the channel you select, your message is delivered by your own email application, by WhatsApp, by Zalo, or by our secure form-delivery provider. When a form-delivery service is enabled, it receives the form fields solely to forward them to our sales mailbox and to send you a confirmation. We never sell or rent enquiry data to third parties.
Essential site functions (navigation, search, remembering your cookie choice) do not require consent. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are off by default. If enabled, a banner asks for your choice and the corresponding scripts load only after you select "Accept all". Choosing "Essential only" keeps those scripts off. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical request data such as IP address and user agent to deliver and secure the site.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict internal access to enquiry data and review our providers periodically. This site is intended for business users aged 18 or over; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
